Renewal

– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the UAE consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

Assignment
– Power of attorney from the Assignee duly notarized and legalized from the UAE consulate
– Assignment Deed signed by both parties duly notarized and legalized from the UAE consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

Change of Name / Address
– Power of attorney stating the new name / address duly notarized and legalized from the UAE consulate
– Change of Name / Address document duly legalized from the UAE consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate
