New Applications
– Simply signed Power of attorney
– Certified copy of priority document, if priority is claimed

 

Renewal
– Simply signed Power of attorney
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

 

Assignment
– Simply signed Powers of attorney from the Assignee
– Notarized Assignment Deed signed by both the parties along with French translation
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

 

Change of Name / Address
– Simply signed Power of attorney stating the new name / address
– Copy of change of name / address document along with French translation
– Copy of trademark registration certificate
