Requirements

 

New Applications
– Apostilled power of attorney
– Apostilled company registration certificate
– Certified copy of priority document, if priority is claimed

Renewal
– Apostilled power of attorney
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

Assignment
– Apostilled power of attorney from the Assignee
– Apostilled Assignment Deed signed by both parties
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

Change of Name / Address
– Apostilled power of attorney stating the new name / address
– Apostilled Change of Name / Address document
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

 

In the event getting the documents Apostilled is not possible, legalization from the Omani consulate shall be required.
