– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Angolan consulate along with certified Portuguese translation
– Applicant’s company registration certificate along with certified Portuguese translation
– Certified copy of priority document, if priority is claimed

 

Renewal
– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Angolan consulate along with certified Portuguese translation
– Applicant’s company registration certificate along with certified Portuguese translation
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

 

Assignment
– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Angolan consulate along with certified Portuguese translation
– Applicant’s company registration certificate along with certified Portuguese translation
– Assignment Deed signed by both parties duly legalized from the Angolan consulate along with certified Portuguese translation
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

 

Change of Name / Address
– Power of attorney stating the new name / address duly notarized and legalized from the Angolan consulate along with certified Portuguese translation
– Applicant’s company registration certificate along with certified Portuguese translation
– Change of name / address document duly legalized from the Angolan consulate along with certified Portuguese translation
– Copy of trademark registration certificate
