– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Egyptian consulate
– Certified copy of priority document, if priority is claimed

 

Renewal
– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Egyptian consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

Assignment
– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Egyptian consulate
– Assignment Deed signed by both parties duly notarized and legalized from the Egyptian consulate
– Certified copy of Assignee’s company registration certificate, duly legalized from the Egyptian consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

 

Change of Name / Address
– Power of attorney stating the new name / address duly notarized and legalized from the Egyptian consulate
– Certified copy of Change of Name / Address document duly notarized and legalized from the Egyptian consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate
