– Notarized Power of attorney
– Date of First Use of the mark in Pakistan. If the mark has not been used, an application can be filed on proposed to be used basis.
– Certified copy of priority document, if priority is claimed

 

Renewal
– Notarized Power of attorney
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

 

Assignment
– Notarized Power of attorney
– Notarized Assignment Deed signed by both parties
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

 

Change of Name / Address
– Notarized Power of attorney
– Certified / notarized copy of Change of Name / Address document
– Copy of trademark registration certificate
