Requirements

 

New Applications
– Simply signed Power of attorney stamped with the company seal
– Certified copy of priority document, if priority is claimed

 

Renewal
– Simply signed Power of attorney stamped with the company seal
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

 

Assignment
– Power of attorney signed by both parties. The powers of attorney should be signed by the same person who signed the Assignment Deed.
– Assignment Deed signed by both the parties in triplicate
– Original trademark registration certificate

 

Change of Name / Address
– Simply signed Power of attorney stating the new name / address
– Certified or notarized change of name / address document along with certified Russian translation
– Copy of trademark registration certificate
