Assignment
– Powers of attorney signed by both parties.
– Four original Assignment Deeds signed by both the parties
– Copy of trademark registration certificate
Change of Name / Address
– Simply signed Power of attorney stating the new name / address
– Certified or notarized change of name / address document along with certified Russian translation
– Copy of trademark registration certificate
