Requirements

New Applications
– Apostilled Power of attorney. If obtaining an Apostille is not possible, the document should be notarized and legalized from the Saudi Arabian consulate
– Certified copy of priority document, if priority is claimed

Renewal
– Apostilled Power of attorney. If obtaining an Apostille is not possible, the document should be notarized and legalized from the Saudi Arabian consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

Assignment
– Apostilled Power of attorney from the Assignee. If obtaining an Apostille is not possible, the document should be notarized and legalized from the Saudi Arabian consulate
– Apostilled Assignment Deed signed by both parties. If obtaining an Apostille is not possible, the document should be notarized and legalized from the Saudi Arabian consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

Change of Name / Address
– Apostilled Power of attorney stating the new name / address. If obtaining an Apostille is not possible, the document should be notarized and legalized from the Saudi Arabian consulate
– Apostilled Change of Name document. If obtaining an Apostille is not possible, the document should be notarized and legalized from the Saudi Arabian consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate
