– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Lebanese consulate
– Certified copy of priority document legalized from the Lebanese consulate, if priority is claimed
Renewal
– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Lebanese consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate
Assignment
– Power of attorney from the Assignee duly notarized and legalized from the Lebanese consulate
– Assignment Deed signed by both parties duly notarized and legalized from the Lebanese consulate
– Original trademark registration certificate
Change of Name / Address
– Power of attorney stating the new name / address duly notarized and legalized from the Lebanese consulate
– Change of Name / Address document duly legalized from the Lebanese consulate
