– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Qatari consulate
– Certified copy of company registration certificate, legalized from the Qatari consulate
– Certified copy of priority document, if priority is claimed

 

Renewal
– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Qatari consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

 

Assignment
– Power of attorney from the Assignee duly notarized and legalized from the Qatari consulate
– Assignment Deed signed by both parties duly notarized and legalized from the Qatari consulate
– Certified copy of Assignee’s company registration certificate, legalized from the Qatari consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

 

Change of Name / Address
– Power of attorney stating the new name / address duly notarized and legalized from the Qatari consulate
– Change of Name / Address document duly legalized from the Qatari consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate
