– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Kuwaiti consulate
– Certified copy of priority document legalized from the Kuwaiti consulate, if priority is claimed

Renewal

– Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized from the Kuwaiti consulate
– Copy of trademark registration certificate

Assignment

– Power of attorney from the Assignee duly notarized and legalized from the Kuwaiti consulate
– Assignment Deed signed by both parties duly notarized and legalized from the Kuwaiti consulate
– Original trademark registration certificate

Change of Name / Address

– Power of attorney stating the new name / address duly notarized and legalized from the Kuwaiti consulate
– Change of Name / Address document duly legalized from the Kuwaiti consulate
– Original trademark registration certificate
